Eligibility for Returns
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as easy as possible. To be eligible for a return or exchange on consumable products (such as bicycle and scooter parts), the following conditions must be met:

Original Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. This includes any packaging, seals, and labels still intact and the product being in a state that is suitable for resale.

No Use or Damage: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used or damaged through misuse, neglect, or any reason unrelated to the manufacturer’s fault.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any returns or exchanges.
Exclusions
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Refunds and Exchanges

Faulty Products
